Refusal of Entry
Commissioner Rule regarding refusal of entry or ejection of individuals (19 T.A.C. 103.1207) requires, among other things, the following: “A school district shall post on the district's Internet website and each district campus shall post on any Internet website of the campus a notice regarding the provisions of this section, including the appeal process set forth in subsection (h) of this section”. This new Commissioner Rule became effective on August 24, 2018. Consequently, Region 17 school districts will want to comply with the posting requirement as soon as they can.
